Pontefract Academies Trust is a cross phase Multi Academy Trust comprising of eight schools, six primaries and two 11 - 16 secondary schools. The Trust is a medium sized family of schools all located within a tight geographic hub within Pontefract. Pupils are drawn from the local community that includes a mix of different catchment areas. 


We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, hardworking and experienced Learning Support Assistant 1-1 at De Lacy Primary School. This candidate will work collaboratively with teaching staff and other support staff to enhance the development and education of pupils. This role will support an individual pupil, assisting with their personal needs including social, health, physical, hygiene, first aid and welfare matters.


This is a 32.5 hours per week, term time plus two days contract, equating to 192 working days per annum.


This is a fixed term contract with an end date of 31 August 2022 in the first instance, however does have the potential to become permanent.
